What is the best seal to use on a mixed media sign? This is a front porch acrylic painted wood and metal sign. Thank you!

I’d use a general-purpose lacquer or polyurethane spray. It’s ideal for your use. You don’t say how big the sign is, so I’m guessing not too large if it’s on your porch. Try this product by Rust-Oleum. It’s good for indoor and outdoor use and is UV-resistant.
