Hello Scott.
Ultra-clear epoxy works very well for almost all epoxy resin projects. If your project requires high durability and needs the coating to be crystal clear, it is worth the investment.
If you’re new to epoxy resin, I’d suggest starting with something cheaper on different test subjects before moving on to your main project with ultra-clear epoxy.
